Before you book, you may have a few questions regarding the services we offer. See below for a list of frequently asked questions we receive from customers.
What Is The Process Of Booking A Service?
To book a service get in contact with us via mobile or email or you can use our book online feature. We can either come out to you or you can always come and drop your tech of with us. Once we have finished the repair we'll get back in contact with a mobile number and will let you know when you can return to collect it and pay the service charge.
Can You Pickup & Drop-Off?
Of course. Our pickup and drop-off service is only an additional £5. We kindly request this payment upon pickup of your item.
What Will Happen On The Day Of My Booking?
Upon pickup or drop-off of your item we will provide receipt of your item and may ask a couple of additional questions. We will give you a rough time of completion and a call back once the service has been finished. If there's any problems we'll be in touch.
How Long Will The Service Take?
This depends on the service you purchased. Whilst most tasks can be completed on the day, this time may increase due to new parts needing to be purchased. Time of completion can vary based on the complexity of the service and busy times.
Does ECS Own Business Premises?
Whilst we are currently looking to open a store, at this moment in time services will be carried out at our accommodation, unless it's a call out service such as computer assembly.
